If you love the outdoors, we need your help! The Wetland Health Evaluation Program still needs volunteers in Apple Valley. You’d help monitor and evaluate wetland health based on species diversity and population of macro-invertebrates (dragonflies, snails, etc.) and plants. Volunteer efforts provide valuable wetland data to local decision-makers. Volunteers work in teams and are guided by team leaders.

You don’t need a science background and the necessary equipment will be provided. Volunteers spend between 15 and 30 hours from late May through early August. Please register today!
