Load restrictions went into effect Friday, March 15. The City of Apple Valley follows Minnesota State Statute 169.87 regarding seasonal limits. Posted streets within the City are identified on the spring load restriction map link.
Vehicles exempted from seasonal load restrictions by statute are school buses and head start buses, milk trucks, recycling and garbage trucks, and public utility trucks. Please contact the Public Works Department with any questions.
