Ordinance Proposal: Chapter 155.350 Impervious Surface Coverage
Summary: The section of the Code is proposed to be amended to allow increased impervious coverage on lots 9,000 to 9,999 sq. ft. from 35% to 40%. The amendment also approves the application form, fee and financial guarantee for a resident to request to increase the impervious surface coverage on their lot up to a maximum of 5% over the requirement by installing a Residential Stormwater Mitigation Facility as provided by Sect. 155.350(D).
