[ARCHIVED] Parking during snow removal operations!

Did you know that City ordinance prohibits parking on City streets during snow removal operations by City snow plows?

Did you know that City ordinance prohibits parking on City streets during snow removal operations by City snow plows? After an significant snow fall event, snow plows are dispatched to clear all neighborhood and arterial streets in the City. Snow removal operations usually take place between 3 and 6 AM, when parking on public streets is prohibited by City ordinance. Please ensure your vehicles are removed from the public street during this time period to ensure timely, efficient, and thorough clearing of snow from City streets. You might also be saving yourself from the burden and expense of a parking ticket.

Code Enforcement is called in to alert residents when snow removal operations are taking place and allow them time to remove their cars from the street ahead of the snow plows. Please remember that parking on City streets between 3 and 6 AM is prohibited anyway. Refer to the City's main webpage for updates on snow removal activities in the City.
