EXTREME COLD WEATHER IMPACTS OUTDOOR SKATING – City of Apple Valley Warming Houses will be closed starting Saturday January 4th and will remain closed through the severe cold weather.

EXTREME COLD WEATHER IMPACTS OUTDOOR SKATING – City of Apple Valley Warming Houses will be closed starting Saturday January 4th and will remain closed through the severe cold weather. Presently it is anticipated that the Warming Houses will be open from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday January 4, but if conditions deteriorate, they will be closed earlier. The Warming Houses will reopen on Wednesday, January 8 unless temperatures and wind chills remain at dangerously low temperatures. We advise that minor children not be sent to the warming houses without an adult during this increasing dangerous weather event.
